1. Terms and definitions

For the purposes of this User Agreement, the following terms have the following meanings:

• Administration of the site has all exclusive property rights to the Site (including the domain name), materials posted on the Site, and carries out its administration and management.
• Database - a set of information posted on the Site, including its selection, grouping and location.
• Information - any data posted by the User or the Administration on the Site.
• Moderation Modification and removal of information posted on the Site.
• User Any person using the Site. The registered user has a profile.
• User profile Subsection of the Site, password protected, which contains information about the User.
• Personal information data provided by the User when registering or using the Site.

2. General provisions

This User Agreement establishes the rules and conditions for using the Site. Access and use of the Site means the User's consent to these terms.

• The Administration has the right to restrict access to the Site without prior notice.
• The user agrees to place advertising on the Site.

3. Registration on the Site

To access all the features of the Site, the User must register, specifying the correct data.

• The Administration has the right to block or delete the Profile in case of violation of the conditions.
• The user is obliged to ensure the confidentiality of his data for authorization.

4. Personal information

Personal information is processed in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Privacy Policy.

• Transfer of information to third parties is possible only with the consent of the User or in cases established by law.
• The user has the right to change or delete his data through the feedback form.

5. Liability

The Administration is not responsible for:

• interruptions in the work of the Site;
• losses caused by the actions of third parties;
• Placement of inaccurate information by Users.

The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and this Agreement.
